Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and labels attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt
How to Return
- Log in to your account at altuzarrajoseph.com
- Navigate to “Orders” and select “Request Return”
- Pack items securely and include the return form
- Ship using the provided prepaid label (or your preferred carrier for international returns)
Refunds
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
- Personalized or made-to-order pieces
- Swimwear & lingerie (if hygiene seals are broken)

- Available for size exchanges (subject to stock)

Damaged or Defective Items?
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.
